I'm outraged. According to Missourinet.com, the State of Missouri is with holding almost $2 billion from Missouri school districts, depriving millions of students of the funding they need to improve their education.
House Bill 3014 (HB 3014) has made its way to the Senate where according to Alisa Nelson, this appropriation must be approved before March 24, 2022, else these federal dollars will be redistributed to other states!
